Mango Smoothie

#BeatTheHeat with a quick Mango Smoothie to start the day

Cucumber and Pineapple are known to have very high water content, with 95% and 86% respectively. Mix it up with mangoes and you’re good to go with a tasty, healthy drink!

This smoothie is a great combination for people on the go in the mornings and to help with heat waves around the city in the summers!

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is a great ingredient for people with metabolic issues. It is considered to be extremely effective in killing out the bad bacteria in the gut, and helping in restoring the bacterial balance

Mango Smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  •  1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • ⅔ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Add ginger
  • Add Lime
  • Bunch of choice of greens  (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Coconut Oil


Method: Blend until smooth. Serves 2
